Returns & Refunds
At Arc3DWorks, we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, we do accept returns under the conditions below.
Return Window
Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
We accept returns if:

the item does not fit

the customer no longer wants it

the item is still in good condition
To qualify for a return, the item must:

not be broken

not be scratched up

be returned in good condition
If a returned item shows signs of damage, wear, misuse, or installation-related damage, the return may be denied.
Custom and Personalized Items
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Wrong Item Ordered
If the customer orders the wrong size, variant, model, or fitment, the customer is responsible for that. We may still allow a return if the item is returned in good condition and meets the return conditions above, but return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Shipping
For normal returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work to make it right. In these cases, we will cover the appropriate resolution, including return shipping when needed.
Fitment Issues
If you believe there is a fitment issue, please contact us first before sending anything back. In many cases, we may be able to help confirm fitment or solve the issue before a return is needed.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Exchanges
We do not generally offer exchanges, but in some cases we may consider them.
Order Cancellations
Because most items are kept in stock, order cancellations may be allowed if the order has not already shipped. If the order has already shipped, it will need to follow the normal return process.
